HISTORY
Undead At World Wars was a project originally designed to be a WW2 PVP FPS game in Okinawa, "Battle Of Okinawa". Made on May 5th, 2021 The game malfunctioned a lot due to my coding knowledge at that time. And the vision for the game shifted tremendously towards a zombie shooter play-style, to combat the broken PVP. Before WARTIME 2099 existed, this was the major problem with Undead At World Wars. It couldn't be great for PVP and this is soon resolved by the implementation of the first WARTIME game.
Development really began around new years of 2022. Where the first take on the zombie survival game that was similar to other common zombie games such as; "left 4 dead, those who remain, BF1&V, call of duty zombies, and the last of us". I found out what makes a zombie game good was that it was a mix of those 5 games, gameplay was more derived from l4d and the ambience and atmosphere were more selected from CODZ and TLOF. While gameplay mechanics such as weapon progression internal weapon systems were much more based off Battlefield 1 & V and Those Who Remain.
Mid-Late 2022, Undead At World Wars was really changed forever. New mechanics and features that had never been really used for a Roblox zombie game. And this was the year where Undead At World Wars really found the game's identity and not just your generic cloned zombie shooter games.
Early 2023, Began more production such as newer movement mechanics and a much more clean gameplay. And newer maps such as "Yamato" or referenced before as "Winter's Yamato", (referenced to my alt account which was winterisaglitch that I built my Yamato from (total of 2-3 months). And more maps like the "Schwerer Gustav" which was made in under a week.
Early 2024, The game has been on an idle state since last November on 2023 with little new updates and currently still going under development until today. (Not losing motivation, just due to my responsibilities that I have going on in my personal life.)
